Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), under the heading “Data Controller’s Obligation to Inform”, imposes an obligation on the Kadıköy Health Education Center Foundation (KASEV), as the data controller, to inform the data subject about its address and contact information, the purpose for which personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose the processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis for collecting personal data, and the rights that the data subject may exercise against the data controller as set forth in Article 11 of the KVKK.
This Privacy Notice has been prepared to inform and enlighten data subjects in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and related legislation.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data
In order for KASEV to continue its activities and fulfill its legal obligations in accordance with the principles and procedures stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and other relevant laws and regulations, your personal data is processed.
Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties and/or Abroad
Your personal data may be transferred to legally authorized state or public legal entities within Turkey, and, in cases where it is necessary for KASEV to carry out its services more effectively, to the relevant legal entities within the scope of the relevant protocol and in accordance with the provisions defined in Article 8 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, within the framework of necessary precautions and confidentiality agreements. Your personal data is not transferred abroad.
Method and Legal Basis for the Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data;
• In cases where obtaining the explicit consent of the relevant person is mandatory, their explicit consent;
• If it is explicitly provided for in the laws,
• The processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract.
• It must be necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations.
• Data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right.
• In cases where the processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, etc., and in accordance with the duties and powers granted by Article 234, paragraph (t) of Presidential Decree No. 4;
Your personal data may be processed by our Administration through channels such as application forms, website membership and contact forms, website e-newsletter registration forms, cookies, and job application forms.
Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and Your Access to Personal Data
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), you have the right to apply to KASEV and: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information regarding this processing if it is; learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose; know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within Turkey; request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and request that this action be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred; request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, to be evaluated within the principles of purpose, duration, and legitimacy, and request that this action be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred; object to any adverse outcome resulting from the analysis of your processed personal data exclusively through automated systems; and demand compensation for damages if your personal data is processed unlawfully and you suffer harm as a result.
In this context, you can submit your request regarding your rights mentioned above digitally through the communication channels specified at https://www.kasev.gov.tr, or by hand with a signed petition accompanied by documents identifying your identity, or by sending it through a notary public.
KASEV will process your claims regarding your rights as soon as possible, and no later than 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the claim.
Your application must be submitted in writing, clearly and understandably, with your signature and including documents identifying your identity and address. It can be delivered by hand, mail, or notary public to the following address: KASEV Foundation Teacher Retirement Home-Rest Home-Special Care Facilities, Aydıntepe Mahallesi, Edebali Caddesi No:1, Tuzla/Istanbul.
Applications within this scope will be accepted following identity verification by us, and applicants will be responded to in writing or electronically within the legal timeframes.
