The aim of the Kasev foundation, as declared with its founding charter, to provide health and health training, social services to teachers, retired teachers, members of National Education Community, its employees in throughout Turkey and to support such services.

Kasev has also been more and more improving its voluntarily services in order to succeed its project studies developed within the scope of "Kasev 2000 project" for future prospects in 2000s.

The Kasev Foundation, which has completed the age of 18, bearing a saying to serve for the human, and contribute to the country has been continuing its such voluntarily and non profit seeking studies and has been looking for support and interest from anyone who wishes to contribute to these voluntarily studies.

The Kasev Foundation, which is also a member of the Turkish Third Sector Foundation , is the founder of Turkish Elderly Council Society with its elderly studies and projects as well.

The Kasev Foundation, which has performed successful studies in very short time with its 91 founders and members, volunteers nearly 500 in number and very active 35 volunteers' interest support and participation, has succeeded to have its name well-known throughout in Turkey with its full volunteer study groups.

First of all while studies have been performed for Kadıköy Health Training Center to provide contemporary and modern services, additionally it has been tried to bring in the campus of the 2000s on the 40.000 m² land section in Tuzla-Aydıntepe assigned by the treasury.
Tuzla Health Training Center was opened in 1990 on the said land, which was assigned in 1987, and the foundation of "KASEV Teachers Rest Home", on May 1991 which has 7.676 m² construction area, 140 rooms, 6 storeys, similar to European equals and anticipated to provide services for 134 people, was laid on 12/12/1996 and commissioned for service on 15/06/1997.
KASEV with its activities specified above, which helped to introduce itself in a very short period, now serves to teachers, retired teachers and National Education Employees throughout in Turkey. It continues on its way to perform its aims.
